Vaccine Resources

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has authorized the emergency use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to now include children ages 5 through 11 years (children and adults ages 12 and up were previously approved). The following information about vaccine clinics is being provided as a public health service.

Date Location and Details
Saturday, December 4 from 9-11 a.m. Community Care Clinics will hold its second vaccine clinic in the Orono Activities Center, 795 N. Old Crystal Bay Road, Long Lake, MN 55356.

Anyone is welcome to get a Pfizer vaccine on Saturday: pediatric first or second dose (children 5 and up); adult first or second dose or booster. Open to the public; there is no charge for the vaccine.

Please download, complete and bring the vaccine consent form for children under the age of 18.

*These events are only for children ages 5 to 11 and are open to the public. No boosters or 12+ vaccine will be offered. A parent or legal guardian must be present with their child(ren). Vaccine is free, insurance will be requested but not required. Pre-registration is highly recommended.
