WeCAN is a social service agency located in Mound that provides individual and family support services to those in need in 12 western Hennepin County communities, including Mound, Minnetrista, Spring Park, Navarre, Minnetonka Beach, Maple Plain, Independence, Loretto, Rockford, St. Bonifacius, Tonka Bay and Greenfield. Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners is a human service nonprofit located in Plymouth supporting families in Hamel, Long Lake, Medicine Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth (west of Highway 494) and Wayzata. Love INC – Heartland is a Christian ministry which coordinates with local churches to connect people in need with local church ministries and volunteers. Maple Plain Area Food Shelf serves residents of Maple Plain, Independence and Lorretto. Open the 2nd Monday & Tuesday and the 4th Monday & Tuesday of each month.
