If you need to drop a class, please notify us at 952-449-8350 as soon as you know. Up to 1 week prior to the class, a refund minus a $5 cancellation fee will be issued. After that time, you will be issued a credit on your Community Education account minus a $5 cancellation fee.
If we need to cancel a class due to low registrations or for other unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund in the same method that you paid for the class. (i.e. If you paid by credit card, you will get a credit back to your credit card.)
To apply for financial assistance, please fill out the Community Education Scholarship Form and return it to the Orono Community Education Office at 705 N. Old Crystal Bay Road, Long Lake, MN 55356. The form can also be faxed to 952-449-8359 or scan/emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Participants age 60 and over may enroll for 20% off the regular tuition fee of a class. Course supply fees must be paid at the full rate. Some classes may not qualify.
Credits on your account can be used towards class registrations for anyone in your immediate family. To use credits on your Community Education account, you must call our office at 952-449-8350 to register.
